The location is very good, tram station is near and the lobby is the only clean place. The staff in Reception are very helpful.

The windows do not seal away the noises of the busy street and the fact that no internet was available in the room is not acceptable 2010. Kitchenettes are not equipped and the pillows are like little bricks. I didn't like the restaurant.

Location is good, the staf of the hotel are very friendly and the lobby is in fact the best appointed room in the building.

Reception is dated and tired, the windows are too old to keep the noise out even closed. The breakfast at €18 is expensive.

I was new to the city and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Moreover the staff were less than helpful, this room was much better.

Good location for sightseeing, nice Hotel and the lobby is comfortable for doing wireless internet. The staff is relatively friendly and the rooms are relatively clean.
