The helpful room directory showing locations of nearby restaurants and very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, fast check-in and the suite was a good size as we were travelling. Breakfast was fine.

Very good location--close to all downtown stores, its a nice place and on the positive: the staff was courteous. The bed-linen was gorgeous and the continental breakfast was just your typical continental breakfast.

Great location for downtown Toronto, comfortable hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Moreover huge all-round windows and useful microwave. Abundance of fresh towels and complimentary breakfast.

A small amusement park for the kids, the elevators were very slow.

The view at night was spectacular and all in all the hotel was great. The staff were courteous, room service was friendly and considerate, the continental breakfast offered enough of a selection to please all of us.
