All of my belongings were removed from the room into a cheaper room without my knowledge or permission while I was at work. I was told when I checked in that I had rented this room for the length of my stay, and was not told I would need to move from that room. When I asked to be placed back into my previous room, I was told that this room would be rented to a more desirable cliental.

If you enjoy being treated like livestock, you will find staying at the travelodge just like a cattle pen. At this point I requested to check out and was told I would not be able to get a receipt for the two days I was there. Business travelers know that without a receipt, you can't get reimbursed. I later checked my credit card and found that I was charged three times the agreed rate.

when i first came to visit saint sauveur and was amazed by seing this great big and bright building @ the entrance to the village...i took a room on the 3rd floor in the suites and was amazed by the view that was in front of me...I suggest that you ask for the 3rd floor...its worth the walk up plus u got a jacuzzi in the room which relaxes to the max. the rooms are recently built so nothing to complain about! I am recommending this hotel and this village as a number one getaway!
