Stayed through RCI. Not a Gold Crown Resort. Average Hotel at best. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very old looking. Murphy bed was very uncomfortable with a big crease at the top. The bathroom reminded me of a cruise ship bathroom. Don't go in May. The casino is closed and most of the restaurants are closed early also. It was a struggle every night to find out which of the area restaurants was open that night. Parking lot is straight uphill from the hotel, which was about 10 stories higher. Our room didn't have a view so we didn't have that to make up for the room.
