Stayed for the Bulgaria Ireland game, excellent hotel, would happily marry any of the receptionists, very helpful staff, excellent english, clean and quiet hotel, highly recommend it. Landmarks? McCarthys bar, JJ Murphys!!

Hotel management organised good tour and were helpful with early check-out. There is a major shopping centre nearby, and it is possible to walk to the city centre.

Hotel Lozenetz is a good, low-cost hotel in a relatively central location. The rooms are basic but clean and feature nice bathrooms, cable television and free connection to the internet. The staff members are generally friendly and helpful and speak enough English to be helpful with basic tasks. Hotel Lozenetz is located near the City Centre shopping mall, so you're well located for shopping and the mall's grocery store as well as the food court. You're also about a 20-25 minute walk (at a decent pace) from the centre of Sofia. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for basic accommodations at a decent price. If you want extras, look elsewhere.
