We just had our wedding at Greenville Hotel and Apartments in Sofia. We were staying in the wedding suite and we also hired 4 doublerooms for our guests from Norway. The staff in the reception are very friendly and will fix everything for you. We even called to reception to confirm that we did it correct and they sendt a man that confirmed that. The restaurant is very nice and they are serving excellent food! The prices in the restaurant is high to be in Bulgaria, but the food is so excellent that its worth every leva. But they got better and better during our stay and overall we were very happy with the service in the restaurant as well.. Read review

Being January the hotel was very quiet, especially during the weekends but there was always plenty of staff on duty. I found the staff friendly but my colleague had countless problems ordering room service because they didn't understand English. It seems to be a fairly new hotel, recently built and all the rooms I stayed in were excellent.. Read review

The rooms were clean, new and modern. Especially bathrooms were very clean and had everything you would need.
Being January the hotel was very quiet, especially during the weekends but there was always plenty of staff on duty. I found the staff friendly but my colleague had countless problems ordering room service because they didn't understand English. It seems to be a fairly new hotel, recently built and all the rooms I stayed in were excellent.
We had typical hotel rooms in the main hotel building and didn't see any of the apartments in the other buildings on the site. Rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy.

Wir hatten die Hochzeitssuite gemietet und noch 4 Doppelzimmer für unsere Gäste aus Norwegen. Die Begrüßung war sehr schön und der Junge an der Rezeption sehr nett. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und erledigen alles sehr schnell. Die meisten können gut Englisch sprechen. Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön von innen. Schöne Farben die eine warme Atmosphäre verbreiten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und unsere Suite wunderschön und groß. Am Tag unserer Ankunft war es sehr warm und unser Zimmer schrecklich heiß (28C). Wir hatten die Klimaanlage auf die höchste Stufe gestellt, dass hatte aber kaum geholfen. Nach 8 Stunden waren es immer noch 27C. Wir hatten uns sogar an der Rezeption nach der Bedienung informiert und es stellte sich heraus, dass alles korrekt lief. An den anderen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes war es kühler. Der Zimmerservice war schnell und freundlich bei allem, was wir bestellt hatten. Das Restaurant war sehr schön und bietet erstklassiges Essen! Wir aßen zu Mittag und Abend dort und die Köche sind echte Sterne wert. Die Preise sind für bulgarische Verhältnisse sehr hoch, das Essen war aber so gut, dass es die Lewa wert war. Die Kellner sind sehr gut, aber etwas hektisch und schnell, wenn es um das Abräumen geht. Die meisten sprechen nur schlechtes Englisch und einmal war der Ober sogar recht unfreundlich. Das wurde aber jeden tag besser und schließlich waren wir mit der Bedienung sehr zufrieden. Sie können Ihren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genießen und sollten unbedingt einmal im Restaurant essen.
