Mediocre hotel, but well located midway between the railway station and the historic heart of Sofia -- both areas within walking distance of the hotel. Nice being able to avoid taxis to/from the train station. Cafe food was suboptimal, and the cafe atmosphere resembled a disco with pounding music. Staff were great; very helpful front desk. Nice high ceilings in guestrooms, but rooms facing the street were a bit noisy. Good for a few days.
