Me and my friend stayed at Elena for a week in aug 07. First time in bulgaria so didn,t know what to expect. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious and really nice. Stayed all inclusive and ate there all week, food was varied and well presented. Only drawback was entertainment, which was non existant, so no good for families with young children. All staff were polite and service okay. Theres a medical centre within the hotel, but thankfully we didn,t need it. Pool area was nice, although sunbeds were soon taken. Theres plenty of lovely seating in the hotel, on two floors to relax and have a drink.The lovely beach is a short walk away and the stalls and shops nearby allow you to browse at your leisure. Bought several pairs of sandals for 10 levs = less than ?4 pair. Drinks reasonable when drinking out. Good Tip, Go on the Bulgarian Night Out, only cheap, but it was fantastic !!!!!!!!
