I stayed in the Swissotel Zurich for two nights and I was really positively surprised.
The Location is better than expected due to the fact, that it takes only 10 Minutes to go the airport and 10 minutes to the city center by train. From the hotel to the train station (Oerlikon) it is just 100 Meters.
The Entrance of the Hotel is vey nice. You will find starbucks, a bar and a restaurant within the complex. The breakfast room is nice as is the breakfast itself. A real plus is the Pool on the top floor with nice views on Zurich.
The rooms are small but nice and modern and overall very good for the price. Bathrooms are small but nice and clean.
Within it's price range the hotel deserves 4 to 5 tripadvisor stars. Because of the pool and the very friendly staff I will give 5 stars.

stayed for only 2 days, well located although a little far from downtown. anyway it's still only 10 minutes bus ride to parade platz, because zurich is a very low traffic city.
decent hotel, with excellent breakfast. the superior suites have bang & olufsen equipment, nice!
