Hotel Burlington - Oostende, Belgium     

The Hotel Burlington is a perfectly situated hotel right by the marina and for those of you who know Oostende the main shopping street Kapellestraat. Much more than what I expected for a 3* hotel The bedroom was clean, the double bed was large and comfortable and the wardrobe space was big. I love this hotel. When you exit from the entance and turn right you are ready to shop till you drop as they say. If you turn left you are facing the most beautiful marina with full view of all yachts and of course the Mercator. If you have reserved a car parking space with them---do not be scared of the weird way to park your car. A car lift is involved.....but hey just think of it as different to the norm of parking your car. I found it exciting. I would most def stay here again and again. I am going to Oostende this weekend with my father for a short break and dinner and unfortunatelly the Hotel Burlington was fully booked. So we are trying the Hotel Du Parc. Will let you know what I thought upon my return. No doubts on the Burlington it is great!! Tamara

Hotel 3 étoiles idéalement situé au début de la Kappellestraat, la rue principale d'Ostende. Quartier très animé, à deux pas de la gare. Personnel assez froid, je dois dire mais hôtel de qualité avec chambres petites mais confortables. Salle de restaurant très lumineuse avec vue sur le port des yachts. Petit-déjeuner tout à fait copieux et varié. Si l'hôtel est très bien situé, cette médaille a son revers car en soirée, il y a beaucoup de bruit, et jusqu'à une heure avancée de la nuit. Les chambres n'étant pas particulièrement bien insonorisées, cela n'est pas très agréable. Mais à part cela, c'est un hôtel à recommander pour un court séjour à la côte belge.
