I have been making a tour of Brussels hotels as I am in town once a week. - Hotel Amigo, Plaza, NH Atlanta, Royal Windsor etc. This one came up 4* so thought that I would try. Only one review on Trip Advisor. This is not a 4* hotel, it is not terrible, but the rating is off. Booked via Laterooms - arrived - no reservation in their system, but being July in summer no one there. They did decide to give me one of the worst rooms in the place facing a wall Room: small bed, no bath, just a shower - but clean and comfortable. The room was facing a wall, small but comfortable bed. A network cable that was too short to reach anything on the table. The neighborhood is okay - immediately next door is a ?60/night hotel and then a little further the Sheraton. Prices. The room service charge of ?5 pisses me off. The breakfast of ?20 was a non-starter. Another example of a strange overrated hotel. Late rooms got me a ?140 price which is decent, but for a few ?

I was surprisied with the very warm atmosphire and good rooms.

It would have been fine but the bed was awful - probably the worst I've had. It was too soft and you just ended up rolling towards the middle and sinking. Very uncomfortable! Hardly got any sleep which made it a very unplesant stay.
