Lo mejor es la ubicación, el desayuno es correcto. El único pero es que había solicitado una habitación silenciosa y nos dieron una hacia la calle y en una planta baja

The hotel is pretty well located, on a walking distance from majors touristic attractions. Besides being close to the busy Grand Place and surroundings, it's amazingly quiet giver it's location on a small street without car traffic. The main flaw is that Internet access is quiet expensive. The staff is for sure professional. However, it could have been more warm. Overall it's for sure a great value for money.

Courtesy and professionalism. One problem: the smell of the room with the moquette when the windows are closed.

Very clean and efficient. Very friendly reception. Perfect location - really just a minute or two to Grande Place. Loads of nice restaurants close by (went to Giuseppe's for pizza - very nice and good value) Nice buffet breakfast was included in price. Pity it doesn't seem to have a bar, but then it is surrounded by them! Been to Brussels many times - this was the best hotel to stay in. Thoroughly recommended.
