Stayed here for 2 nights on a great weekend break deal through Eurostar. Clearly a business traveller/eurocrat hotel, but none the worse for that. Very good quality well appointed rooms, ours was on the 5th floor, quiet, well maintained and very comfortable. Great location only minutes from all the sights and sounds, restaurants/bars etc. Very easy onward journey from Brussels Midi to Centraal. Can't comment on the breakfast as we used one of the many cafe options down the road instead. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel on a weekend deal when the room prices drop, wouldn't pay the weeknight rates unless on expenses.

Booked via Eurostar, and after reading Trip Advisor entries. Location was super, and the staff helpful and charming. Room was very high standard, comfortable, peaceful and really well appointed. Pity the bath plug knob fell off, but it wasn't a disaster. Bar was expensive, but not the place to be because it seemed to be inhabited by corporate types, especially a boor from Coca Cola who spent a long time on his mobile discussing a presentation to European execs with a man called Chad in Americ: very loud and totally inconsiderate. I was pleased to learn the the Russians thought the presentation very useful, and worried to hear that market share in water sales was reduced from 23% to 20%. Don't bother with breakfast - its far too expensive, and there are plenty of options very close by. Don't take a taxi from the Midi Station where Eurostar arrives - its expensive and traffic is horrendous - there's a quick and easy train to Central Station, just opposite.

Lived up to expectations

This is an extremely convenient and comfortable hotel from which to explore Brussels.We arrived at 11.30am and were shown straight up to our room.It was bright airy and spacious.The bathroom was lined with marble and spotlessly clean.We didnot bother with the expensive breakfasts but went to a local restaurant and had breakfast for one third of the hotel price.I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Brussels.
