Ok so we took the wrong turning ( as instructed by the Hotel De Fierlents staff) into the main centre of Brussels in rush hour. This did not go down well at all. Not only are the Belguims taught how to drive BADLEY, there are no road signs, traffic signs or any signs at all for that matter. Once speaking on the phone to Sebastion (the nicest receptionest you'll ever speak to) for about half an hour we managed to find the hotel.. Can I just start by saying that the area was a dive!! Seriously now, my partner and I were really concerned about leaving the car. Completely full streets of shifty looking people... The hotel itself was alright.. Pretty basic: bed,shower and telly. Really nice if all you are doing is sight seeing and out of it all day. Dont use if you are wanting a relaxing time.. Breakfast was nice, but always make sure you go down before about 8.30am otherwise the food is stale and hard. Hope this feedback is what you are looking for. Thanks for reading!!!
