Floris Avenue Hotel is close to midi/zuid station and to the centre of Brussels. It also very close to the Annessens pre-metro station which connects to large parts of the transport network. The only slight negative was that the staff looking after breakfast, whilst polite, were slow to replenish things like bread, cereal etc and to clear tables. Innes, Cochabamba

Hotel location is not bad, quiet and near to station Anneessens and walking distance to various tourists spots. Strolled to grand market within 15 mins or so. Parking slots along both sides of the road outside the hotel, pretty easy to obtain one both day and overnite. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet from surrounding areas. But our room was right with the lobby counter, phone rings throughout the night and no one seems to pick up. Best thing about the hotel have to say is the breakfast. Not to expect huge varieties but cleanliness and freshness of food is excellent. The dinning area is decorated nicely with well co-ordinated colours.

I found the employees really bad.Rooms are not quiet and they make mistakes with reservations and available rooms.
