If this hotel would advertise itself as a 3 star hotel than I would be ok with it. However, I had certain expectations since it claims it is a 4 star hotel, expectations that weren't met. I was in Brussels on business trip. Came very tired. It is a 10 minute walk from Gare Midi through a pretty shady area. The receptionist was talking on a phone to her friend while I waited for 10 minuted to be checked in. Rooms vere ok, but quite plane and boring looking. The bethroos was quite nice wit a large tub. Internet was very expensive. 18euros for a day. Breakfast was included and very tasty. Here ar ethe little things I would expect from 4 star hotel. I forgot a toothpaste so I called the front desk if they had some - they didn't. I asked if I could have an iron and an ironing board in the morning; they said yes but I have to pck it up from the front desk in the morning!!! What kind of service is that? I am going to Brussels next week again and I will be staying in a different hotel.
