4.4The location, which was not clear from the website, turned out to be better than I thought it would be -- right at a Metro station to make it easy to get into central Brussels and also easy to get to the airport for departure the next morning.
The venere.com website I found a nuisance to use, and I particularly found it annoying that I could not change my reservation through the hotel once I had made it. Internet access at that point was difficult, and it took a number of phone calls to make sure that the one night we intended to stay was in fact the night we needed.
