The location COULD NOT be any better and we booked this hotel as part of a cheap flight/hotel package. Staff I would say the following - you have a genuinely good service.

We received room 320 just next to the reserve room, wine is the norm or expensive for Brussels.

The location is perfect for getting around, cleaned twice a day - they never interupted our stay to do this and twice a day cleaning service is also a good idea. The in-room dining team is so polite.

For being in such a busy area was surprisingly peaceful and the staff in the hotel were exceptional. Service was professional and the room had a nice entry way. The restaurant was excellent for dinner.
