The service was very good and friendly.
The only thing I was disappointed of is the standard of the bedroom. It was dull and I expected more for the price and a 3 star hotel (perhaps they reserve them for the 'promos'). 3.2more on Venere

The breakfast is adeguate. The are not actually public areas and the rooms are quite small. The lift is very very small and very slow as well. 3.7more on Venere

Staff very unfriendly. Service below grade. Never ever again. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. 0more on Venere

Very well situated. Nice place, good room, warm employees. The continental breakfast was suficient but may vary more. 4more on Venere

The hotel is quite good: Rooms are clean and spacious, the bath is also very clean and new. Breakfast is excellent with fresh fruit! Surroundings are very calm and perfect if you have money... Hilton is about 150m! I'd go again for the promo prize ( Hotels in Brussels are very, very expensive) 3.7more on Venere
