Excellent location, set in a side street in the main shopping area of Brussels. Just a quick walk to the metro station, supermarket and Italian restaurant which serves the best pizza EVER! The rooms are standard size and clean. Can be a bit noisy on rubbish collection day. Bathrooms are clean and modern with an excellent collection of amenities including comb and sewing kit. The lobby is merged with the dining area, but is still intermate. Breakfast is a treat, very wide variety. Try to book with breakfast included, as paying 20 euro/person is a bit pricey. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. The first time I stayed here, I booked the wrong date, they did not turn it into a big issue and adjusted my booking. Will stay there everytime I'm in Brussels.

We liked the hotel's modern decor and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, due to hotel being located on a small street off of a busy up-scale shopping area. We were there on a bank holiday so almost everything was closed and we didn't want to pay 3 euro per piece of clothing to have the hotel wash our clothes so we ended up hand-washing some. There is a deli just a few building down that was open, some inexpensive places to grab a bite on Charleroise Steenweg if you don't want fast food burger, and a restaurant on Rue Dejoncker straat that served Belgium cuisine for a reasonable price. There is also a local bakery on Ave. Louise that opens around 8am if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel; their croissant goes great with instant coffee the hotel provided. There were cups, spoons, instant coffee, tea, and hot water kettle that came with the room; life savers on a bank holiday. The hotel had a computer and printer that you can use for free for 5 minutes and print a few pages for free.

Impressive staff, multilingual and extremly nice and helpful! The only criticism we had was the adventurous smelling bath and shower gel - best bring your own. Otherwise very nice, non smoking rooms available and very quiet. Just 3 min from the next metro station and shops.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! It is located in a quiet street, near many good restaurants and close to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and let us check in at 10am even though the check in time was 1pm. The rooms are spacious and clean and they even have rooms for smokers – such a rarity at this age! We paid discounted price but I would be happy to pay the full price – it’s definitely worth it. If I come to Brussels again I have no doubt I would be staying here.

Lo mejor el personal de la recepcion, hablan español, y son muy agradables, solo por eso merece la pena. Muy cerca del metro y en una zona con mchos restaurantes.
