5We liked the hotel's modern decor and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, due to hotel being located on a small street off of a busy up-scale shopping area. We were there on a bank holiday so almost everything was closed and we didn't want to pay 3 euro per piece of clothing to have the hotel wash our clothes so we ended up hand-washing some. There is a deli just a few building down that was open, some inexpensive places to grab a bite on Charleroise Steenweg if you don't want fast food burger, and a restaurant on Rue Dejoncker straat that served Belgium cuisine for a reasonable price. There is also a local bakery on Ave. Louise that opens around 8am if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel; their croissant goes great with instant coffee the hotel provided. There were cups, spoons, instant coffee, tea, and hot water kettle that came with the room; life savers on a bank holiday. The hotel had a computer and printer that you can use for free for 5 minutes and print a few pages for free.
