Great business hotel. Really lovely ambience - may be a bit pricey to stay there as a leisure traveller? Great size room, good location to the central tourist area of Brussels. Metro system really close by.

Hi, Just return from a short stay @ the Crown Plazza Le Palace. I had to arrange a short & dense stay over for both suppliers and also VIP (targeted customers). Beside the usual Palace settings (all arranged beautifully) each of our requests have been fulfilled with the most efficient, discreet and serious attention ! Needless say that the hospitality was drawn down to the smallest (unexpected) details such as a pocket book from the famous Belgian Writter Georges Simenon on my bed table... Thus, each of our guests (both suppliers and VIP) has been very impressed and pleased with his stay. Important : when you need to arrange taxi pick-ups, do ask the reception desk to arrange them for you for they give you smart tips and make it possible for taxis to pick you up in places where regular taxis do not come and get their own customers ! This has been especially helpful and our guests have not realized how difficult these logistic issues can be in beautiful Brussels with such narrow streets ! I strongly recommend this place and especially all front desk team which is really at their customer's needs & requirements ! Carolilala

Nice Hotel for Business in Brussels

Excellent quality rooms are provided at this hotel, with comfortable bed, minibar, small sofa, cable TV and desk area. Very updated interior and bathroom. The property is very updated as well, nice lobby bar and breakfast restaurant. Although this is near the airport, there was not any noticable noise from the airplanes, and really no problems. I do not stay at this chain often, but this is a very nice property, so I was pleasantly surprised with the property. The only negative was the cost of the wireless access, which seems high at EUR 20 daily.
