Sheraton Brussels Hotel is fantastic. As I am really fussy when it comes to hotels I have to say the Sheraton was great. The room was a very good size and most importantly the bathroom was clean! We had a great view of the city. The hotel bar has a good atmosphere with friendly bar staff. The location was excellent with everything in walking distance. Kendrik, Dubrovnik

My fiance and I spent 3 days at Sheraton Brussels. Location is great near shopping street and Rogeir underground station. Free wireless in the lobby is a plus. Beds were very comfy and room view was perfect. Bathroom was very small you don't have so much place to move but more important thing is it was very clean. We liked our stay and surely go back.

my partner and i had never been to brussels before and not stayed at a sheraton hotel. this is a really nice hotel, staff very pleasant. we had a club room which start at floor 17,a huge room with air conditioning, gigantic bed and best pillows ever experienced. there is a fridge and mini bar-a bit pricey! there are 6 lifts and the fastest i have ever been in-17 floors in 17 seconds ,i kid you not. any smokers can request a smoking room but its no smoking in the o bar and the lobby. the pool is nice on top floor and water is warm even when first getting in.also tried the sauna,no charge for either. breakfast was included for the club room, usual cold offerings plus fried and the grill chef will cook you a fresh omlette to order. breakfast is quite pricey if you had to pay, worked out at about £15 sterling. not sure i would have paid it but if you can get a deal with it thrown in it is great. we booked with eurostar after a trip a year before with them, and ended up another painless and enjoyable weekend. would stay here again.

We stayed here for a New Year break, booked with Eurostar. It is a very classy hotel and well worth upgrading a little to get a Club room, they are huge! Hotel is 35 storeys high and the club rooms start on the 17th floor so the view is excellent. Large room has a massive bed, comfy chairs and desk for sad people who need to work! good range of Tv, mini bar not too bad and buffet breakfast ( included in club rooms) which lasted from 7am till 2pm on the weekend and was very good quality, not sure we would have paid the 28 euro each but actually good value in Brussels. Staff helpful but not very friendly! all rooms on street side( even numbers) with great views also can suffer from loud noise as window rattles with force of wind so be careful and dont unpack till you listen! tho we were moved next door and all was quiet! Good tip to look for line 2 of Metro as Rogier stops right underneath hotel. Big S on hotel is great landmark. Brussels grill restaurant outside hotel is good value and better food than it looks on menu and tiny cafe in precinct at back of hotel does good, cheap coffee. Hotel only provides 1 free coffee or tea but filter all there so bring your own bags! All in all, a great weekend destination and we saw one of the best new year firework displays ever, free from our room window!

"Loved the Sheraton!"

We stayed in one of the Club rooms and loved it. We checked in with ease and was made to feel right at home. The staff was very helpful and was family friendly. The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. We had room service the first night and it was excellent and fast. We travel extensively and this is the very first time that our food arrived HOT and it was delicious. Everything was to our liking and was great. Our room included a buffet breakfast. It was wonderful and the selection was varied. Freshly squeezed orange juice, yum. We highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that is slightly negative is that it is not close to the Grand Palace. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk. But there are taxis available and train stop for Rogier is around the corner. On a side note: We also recommend a trip to Brugges. It is very scenic and beautiful place.
