Hotel Oud Huis de Peellaert - Bruges, Belgium     

We stayed in this outstanding hotel just last weekend. Thoroughly fell in love with Bruges and this hotel is brilliantly placed to explore it. We walked everywhere, including from the train station to the hotel - its not a short distance, but nonetheless an easy walk. The hotel was fabulous - the staff welcoming and efficient; the breakfast lovely; and the room fantastic. Very well maintained and clean. A romantic getaway. Would definately return to this hotel and town!! All in all - fabulous darling, absolutely fabulous!!

This is a lovely hotel, very clean and well looked after. The rooms are cleaned every day, are a good size with comfortable large beds. Very nice to have tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was really good, had a nice variety, the breakfast room was light and airy, plenty of tables. You can borrow an Iron and Board from reception. The hairdrier in the bathroom was very good had no trouble drying my very thick long hair, some of the built in driers are just not poweful enough! The staff were always helpful and frendly, happy to recommend things, and booked a couple of restuarants for us. The nearby Rockfort was fantastic! great for a special treat, book, its very small! Bruges is a delight, but the weather can be very changeable, take a mac!
