We had booked this hotel for four nights to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday, but ended up changing hotel after only two nights. Here's why: First of all, we had booked transfer from the airport to the hotel, but the car never showed up so we had to take taxis. The hotel said they would cover it, but never did.
Our next dissapointment was the restaurant. We had prebooked a table for my mothers birthday, but when we arrived at the hotel, we soon learned that yet another mistake had been made and the restaurant was already fully booked for this night. We still wanted to eat at the restaurant which supposedly should have great food, so we decided to have dinner there one day prior to our original plan. The food was fantastic! Probably the best meal I have had in a long time! It looked like a piece of art and tasted amazing. However, the wine celler was not quite as great. We tried to order two bottles of wine three times, but they only had one bottle of each of the wines we chose. So for our fourth try we just went with wathever they actually did have more than one bottle of.
The rooms were very nice and two of the rooms we had booked had balconies which would have been great if there would have been any furnitures on it...
Then to the drop that made us change hotel. From our second morning and for the rest of our stay, there was no hot water in any of the rooms. The hotel staff said that it was a city problem, and that their emergency tank was not large enough for the whole hotel. Not good enough for a 4-star hotel!
So we asked the hotel to place us in another hotel which they did. Our new hotel was called Grotthaus and was great.
All in all this hotel definately has potential and we probably just had some bad luck. We normally do not stay in 4-star hotels when travelling so we're used to tolerate a lot, but for a special occation it just wasn't good enough.

The hotel was just like in the pictures. The location couldn't have been better. Nice and quiet street outside the hotel.
We had a delux room, which was wery large, clean and nice. Nice bathroom with a large tub. Spotless walls and furniture.
The receptionists made appointmenst at a SPA for us and they gave us good advice when we asked about something. When we asked about a museum we wanted to see they even called to and chech if it was open, and gave us information about openinghours and prizes.
The breakfast was wery good, fresh fruit, hot dishes, good variety of bread etc. We noticed that they kept refilling the buffet all until 10.00 AM when the breakfasttime was over.
We also noticed thar whenever we passed the receptiondesk the receptionist stood up and politely greeted us. The staff was all over attentive and friendly, especially in the hotel bar.
We experianced friendly people and good service all over the city. I would also like to recommend the Frenche restaurante "La Provence". It's expensive, but trust me, totally worth it!
