My room had a view of the three towers was just lovely and the hotel was remarkable being in an old duke's palace. Reception was superb, the bed was huge and all the meals we ate were great.

The location is amazing - right in the heart of the old town, the hotel is really well located in the centre of historical Brugges so walking or cycling everywhere is easy and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. Room service is quick and the food at the Kempinski is delicious.

Excellent location, our stay was lovely in this beautiful hotel in this wonderful town and the staff were so nice - I'd be happy to go back as an artistic adviser. The bathroom was fabulous and breakfast was pretty good.
