I stayed there through out the first part of april 2006 and i thought it was well furnished, clean, attractive and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. In fact when i e-mailed through to the hotel when i was looking for a hotel in sydney, the staff wrote back a personal friendly e-mail saying they would offer me a deal lower than stated on another internet site. At xmas, they even sent me a nice animated merry xmas e-mail even though I had only just reserved my booking!. Read review

Parking arrengements worked well - easy access on premises, my stay there was extremely nice there and guy at front desk was great - very friendly and helpful. The hot water supply was excellent.

The location was good, courteous at all times we were made feel welcome and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, the pool was heated.

Street noise especially from buses was loud, there was late night noise from drunk people coming home and no globes in the bedside lamps tap in bathroom was broken so was the toilet seat. The breakfast was bad too.
