Helpful reception staff, big apartment.

We didnt have a view from our balcony and business districts are only a short stroll away. Also the entrance to the hotel is not very easy to recognise driving.

Excellent location, great value for money and spa in the complex as well as an internet cafe in the building. Helpful & corteous staff and quick check-in. The rooms were wonderful.

Great location easy access to darling harbour and other then the bed being comfortable theres not alot I would say about this hotel. As the receptionist didn't explain to us to use our room card key to operate.

Location was good for Darling Harbour, our 3-night stay in March 2007 was very enjoyable and some of the staff were less than helpful. The room was comfortable.
