The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Their pool and sauna facilities (outdoor, rooftop) are amazing. If there is a negative side it would be the extra charges for internet (seemed a bit high), coffee in the lobby which appears to be complimentary but is not, roll away cot (which is usually complimentary) etc..
