1First off, reception couldnt find our booking and were not apologetic for having us wait 20 minutes until they found it. They then told us the room wasn't ready, even though we were checking in 3 hours after check in time. We had to wait a further 40 minutes to get into our room. We were not offered......

2We booked well in advance and also spent quite a bit on spa treatments. We had also paid for a water view, so the lower level wasn't as good in this regard either. It was obvious the room hadn't been properly cleaned after the last guest! The staff were also very nice and helpful through-out the whole......
