I called the hotel a week prior to arrival, to request one of the Harbour View Rooms as I was planning on proposing on the night of our stay. I popped in the day before to ask for champagne to be put in the room. On arrival the following day, without giving anything away the receptionists advised that we had been upgraded to the Penthouse Suite. The Suite was stunning with a great view of the Opera House. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, and our stay was an absolute pleasure.
