i have just spent the night at the langham for my husbands 70th birthday,i booked whoe;s been sleeping in my bed package with an upgrade to king river room, breakfast was inluded, we also eat at the melba evening buffet. i cannot fault anything from book in to departure, the staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing, the room was nicely arranged large bathroom with shower and bath double sinks, fantastic bed best nights sleep. and the food on both occasions was great, I would go back any time.

The location of the hotel is ideal. The staff are all, without exception, most helpful, friendly, and willing to do anything asked of them. We accessed the front desk, the concierge, the spa, the wait staff. These are the ones we saw. There are many behind the scenes as well. Everyone did all they could to make our stay in Melbourne memorable. The hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend the spa. I would suggest the Langham to anyone else that wants a memorable stay in Melbourne.
