Pension CityRooms is beautifully furnished. It is located near the Ring and Rathaus where there are many festivals for music and film. It is on the second floor (American 3rd floor) and the stairway upto the floor is being reconstructed and therefore no elevator exists. The street is traveled but not heavily. However, on the ground floor there is a local bar that later in the evening you can hear people leaving and talking loudly. Everything from this location is within walking distance and is more like an experience of living in Vienna than to be a tourist. We would stay again when we return to Vienna. 4.2more on Venere
