We've stayed for 2 nights from 10 august . Lovely large rooms , closed to the city center , we rarely took the tram (71) to get to the center (about 800metres away) . The weather was fine , so we walked . Extremely close to botanical garden (free to visit) and Belvedere Palace . Also loved the breakfast .

Excellent hotel with very good location at Belvedere. Walking distance to historical center of Wien and almost all off interesant places. Very nice rooms and good quality of service. Friendly and competent staff. Some extra payment like breakfest and car parking (not included). My recommendation: very good

Stay here if you like hairy beds and fingernails

Confirmed early check in, room not ready. Checked in to room to find finger or toe nails on the floor. Talked to front desk asked for a different room and was told they would send house keeping to the room as no other rooms were available. The next day the room was not cleaned properly. The day after, it was not cleaned at all. I got fresh towels from front desk, who apologized but told me it was too late to do anything about it that day. I complained the next morning only to find the room unkempt when I returned that evening. They were not willing to fix. For the price, it was terribly dirty. The only redeming thing is the proximity to the ring road. It is within walking distance of the cathedral.

We arrived very early in freezing cold and the staff were welcoming and very accomodating. They even let us do an early check -in which was a life-saver. The hotel beds are very very comfortable and great to relax in, while the location so close to Belvedere in a tranquil setting is great; a short walk to the city-centre without the noise.

Fantastic hotel. Granted it's a 20mins walk from town but it's a lovely walk and the palace and nearby palace are both worth a visit. Very good value, spacious, very clean and highly recommended.
