Within walking distance from a number of sites in Central Vienna and this hotel is really wonderful. In addition the staff are friendly for starters, good for budget or family travel because the room sizes are big.

Rennweg station is very near too from you can get a train direct to the airport, the neighbourhood around the hotel seemed to be quiet and rooms are large and clean.

Reception staff are not friendly in this price level, a breakfast there won't be more expensive.
