Staying at the Provence was a refreshingly tranquil and trouble free experience. The staff were warm, friendly and as attentive as they needed to be. The room was rather small but adequate for a few nights. Next time we will book a room with a garden facing balcony. A few minor niggles - the only mirror in the room is in the bathroom so with two people trying to get ready it is tricky trying to do ones makeup, hair etc. The hairdryer in the bathroom is not especially good and would suggest taking your own. As mentioned in a previous review the lift is painfully slow and the lower floors are best reached by foot! All in all though a very positive experience and we will be back there next year.
