This place is like Fawlty Towers. Staff ignore requests routinely. My boyfriend asked for an ironing board and iron and when he dropped it back to reception (as a favour) was told "oh no, we can't take that here, take that back to your room!" He's an easy-going soul so he did...
I'd cook better food myself at home, a double room is two single beds beside each other and on the second day housekeeping just sauntered into the room WITHOUT KNOCKING.
To add insult to injury, the room was EUR 140 per night. Stay in a B&B if you don't want to be ripped off.
