We booked double room at Bella Vienna Apartment Hotel for 2 nights in the March.
We arrived to hotel at 11.30 pm and just couldn't get inside because nobody answered the intercom calls.
Finally after 30 minute of waiting on the street we came in since some people were getting upstairs and kindly let us come in (Bella Vienna Apartment Hotel is a part of apartment house).
There was announcement at the reception door speaking "If you arrive after 23.00 please call this number" and the number of local phone is given. But how we could guess that if we weren't able to get inside!!! Finally we spent about 1 hour at the reception door trying to get the answer, but nobody never picked up the phone. It was the most stressful experinece: we had to walk through sleepy streets trying to find a room in hotel. Thank you very much, caring and friendly stuff of Bella Vienna Apartment Hotel!!
