Artis Hotel has an extremely perfect location! The public transportation is just at the doorsteps of this hotel and it is also located in a very nice area of Vienna. Artis Hotel is perfect if you want to explore this beatutiful city. Even though it is in the city centre, it is not very noisy. Our room was not the best one in the world but it was adequate to have a good night sleep.

For a 4 Stars Hotel, the size of our barhtroom was a joke! to say the least! (app mt.1,60X1,60) This for shower, WC, sink. Under the bed there was a lot of dust etc etc.not clean for long time! Everything else including breakfast was good.

I stayed here for 2 night and was very satisfied with room ,cleanliness and friendliness of staff.It is very easy to get to the centre of Vienna either on foot or with public transport.

We stayed 4 nights. Excellent wetter.Our room was situated next to a busy road and did not have airco. The choice in the night was to open the window, so you were unable to sleep because of the noise. Let it closed made the room so warm, that you could not sleep either. Staff was nice. In total absolutely not 4 stars!

I booked Artis Hotel mainly because of its location. City center is 15 minutes on foot, there's also a tram line right across the hotel. Also it was a cheap hotel considering that its 4 stars and in a central location. I wasn't disappointed, although I must say the hotel is not quite 4 stars. Room was average size but the bathroom was too small. Breakfast was so good and staff were helpful. Would stay there again.
