1I had high hopes for our stay, but was more than a bit disappointed. Our room was a shoebox with too much furniture in it. Our bed was a double, not a queen and we had no where to put our luggage and literally had to step over it in order to walk around the bed.
The bathroom is decorated nice, but it had hair in it when we first arrived. This is a big "no-no" for me. Also, the bath and shower are one and the tub wall is thick, covered by marble and requires a bit of agility to get in and out of. It is harder to exit when the tub is wet. The drain did not drain very well and I ended up standing in my own shower water for most of the shower.
The first night we were without a comforter, but it mysteriously appeared the second night. Turn down service was offered at 4-4:30 PM every night, always when we were cleaning up for dinner, not convenient at all. As a result, we never got the service during our 3 night stay.
I actually checked the mattress for bed bugs because I felt that it was very old. It was incredibly hard and we were both stiff during our entire stay. There was little comfort to our room and cleanliness was questionable.
I personally, would not stay in this hotel again and find it much too costly and uncomfortable for the standards expected of a luxury hotel.
