this was a great stay. loved this hotel. the rooms were really beautiful, as well as the bathrooms, we got a free wireless signal in our rooms, air conditioning, cable tv w. channels in german, english and italian. only drawbacks were that breakfast is not included, and it's not so close to the subway. it's actually closer to the tram, which is nice b.c you get a more scenic view of vienna, passing along most of the popular sites. i would definitely come back here when i'm back in vienna.

We spent only one night in this hotel. We were, generally, content about the conditions, exept the elevator that was in bad condition (no internal, safe doors were present). If someone has little cildren it could be dangerous.

Horrorosa atencion de el empleado nocturno, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no nos dieron soluciuones. Terminamos enviando un email al gerente y a la manana siguiente cuando nos ibamos nos ofrecieron tomar algo en el bar, pero la noche calurosa que pasamos, nadie la repuso. Los empleados nocturnos no estan capacitados para atender extranjeros.

The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos, the breakfast is about 15 euros - which is not a competitive price at all. The hotel is situated in an area with easy acces to tramway D, which goes all the way to the center of the city and with the subway station Frieden Brucke, which makes it easy to reach the Schonbrunn Palace. Overall, a decent stay.

(they charge an extra 15euro per person for breakfast and they inform you about that in the reception not when you book),Very good quiet hotel 24h reception and parking-very clean rooms
