We have visited Vienna a total of six times and stayed at six different hotels. Hotel Europa is definitely the best of them all. First, it has a great location, right in the centre of town, very convenient to everything you need. Second, the building is well insulated. Once you close the window, the room is very quiet. Third, nice guest rooms with updated bathrooms. Fourth, courteous staff and impeccable services delivered with a smile. I can go on for more but just want to give the readers an idea of this wonderful place. We know where we will be staying for our seventh visit - Hotel Europa.

Great Location - Good Quality Rooms

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. In the middle of the shopping district within walking distance of the Opera, the Dom and all the other sights. The quality of the room is really good enough, nothing to complain about. Prices in downtown Vienna are very high and this hotel is at least of the Bristol or Grand. Don’t expect to be spoiled in luxury, but it is efficient and clean, and the shower was just great. I didn’t eat in the café and restaurant myself, but they were very busy and seem to attract a lot of non-hotel guests, so I assume they are of decent quality.
