Travel information

We are situated in the 8th district of Vienna, right on Alserstrasse with its fine selection of shops.
The city centre and many sights (University, museums quarter, city hall, Votiv church, Imperial palace) are within walking distance.

Next to our house you will find the tramway station for lines 43 and 44 which will take you to the famous Ringstrasse (and therefore to the centre and the subway railway station line 2) and also for lines 5 and 33 which go to Westbahnhof, Gürtel and the other side of the Danube River. Bus line 13A will take you directly to Südbahnhof and the shopping- and enjoyment area called Mariahilfer Strasse / Spittelberg.
Public transport lines are on duty from 5 am till midnight, after midnight a few buses operate.


For your trip to Vienna from the west you take A 1 (Westautobahn), follow it up to the exit Vienna, this exit changes directly into the Wientalstrasse.

Drive further straight forward along the Hackinger Kai, then the Hietzinger Kai, the Schönbrunner Strasse, the Schlosstrasse and again the Schönbrunner Strasse.

Follow the Schönbrunner Straße until the Gürtel traverses (a roadway with three traces on both sides), turn to the left to the Gürtel (direction Praha) , follow it until the Hernalser Gürtel till you see one the right hand Alserstrasse traverses the road, turn there right in the Alserstrasse until the House number 21 (on the corner you will see Lange Gasse), we are right on this corner.


For your trip to Vienna from the south you take A 2 (Südautobhan), follow it up to the exit Vienna, this exit changes directly into the Gürtel.

Follow the Gürtel traverses (a roadway with three traces on both sides), until the Hernalser Gürtel till you see one the right hand Alserstrasse traverses the road, turn there right in the Alserstrasse until the House number 21 (on the corner you will see Lange Gasse), we are right on this corner.
