We stayed at this hotel when attending a wedding in Vienna. The main reasons for booking were the reasonable price and the location. There were some 12 of us staying here and everyone was very pleased with it. The hotel is only 5 min walk from the Westbahnhof railway station, which has excellent connections to both the city centre (15 min by U-bahn) and to the airport (30 min). The area itself is pretty quiet and less touristy than the town centre, but there are still a plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The reception area is very light and spacey and the same applies to the breakfast room. There is a lovely patio garden where you can have breakfast and sit outside. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The room décor was a bit outdated and basic, but it didn’t bother us, as we were not spending much time there anyway. A great choice with a good price and value, however if you are after luxury and boutique chic you will be better off somewhere else.
