1.8First impression last! The hotel knew that we would arrive early but the receptionist acted as we were disturbing her too early in the morning. No welcome, no smile, just a short "you can't check in until 2 o'clock", no offer about breakfast but we had to ask. She had the same attitude the whole time, acting as we were supposed to give her service instead of the opposite! Fortunately, she was the only one, the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice. Overall, a nice hotel to a reasonable price.
