The hotel room is quite large. You walk into a living room with 2 separate washrooms, 1 with a bath tub and the other with the toilet. The breakfast costs 13 euros so I decided to go to a cafe to have breakfast instead. The hotel is not very close to the city center but it's close to the U-bahn station, Nestroyplatz, which is on the U1 line. It was very convenient to get to the main tourist sights by traveling on the U-bahn. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to the airport. 2 people for 24 euros. The more people traveling with you, the cheaper it is. I would highly recommend that you take the shuttle bus as it is convenient and fast.

It's a nice hotel although we had a bad experience; we received two rooms without window and near the restaurant (as if we were in charge with the presence at breakfast). When we asked to change the rooms, they said the hotel was complete. It wasn't our first time at this hotel but it was the last.

Our first impression was one of disappointment as we did not like the cheap blue paint they had used all over the room and the overall appearance looked cheap. We had expected more from a 4 star hotel. We were also disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and that there was no iron either in the room, nor could one be delivered to the room. The room was very clean and the staff were reasonably efficient. The breakfast @ €14 per person was not cheap but there was plenty of choice. There was also a mix up with the taxi meaning we had too little time to catch our return flight. The location was quite good. The overall impression was one of some disappointment...
