Helpful staff are knowledgeable of the city and good Hotel Location especially you prefer shopping as Mariahilferstrasse is the most popular street for Vienna shopping.

Service is moderate to weak and would have liked to have had a bath instead of/as well as a shower in the bathroom.

Historic locations was excellent, i thought the hotel was very nice and the staff was very polite and helpfull. Rooms was good, the breakfast was beautiful.
