single room for 3 nights at the beginning of december. attractive boutique-ish hotel in an old building. in a quiet side street, a few minutes tram from the center of town, enough restaurants, cafes etc. around. pleasant, standard-modern room. BUT the air from the heating was so dry my contact lenses, skin and hair dried out. nothing was (or could be) done about this. the building across the road was being demolished from 7 am, i was given a 'quieter' room across the hall - that night's students' party was extremely loud, and the receptionist told me at 3 and 5 am that i shouldn't worry, it would end soon... the staff didn't seem to enjoy working there, they were not engaged, they started removing breakfast 15 minutes before the end, just wanting a coffee seemed to be a problem, i generally did not feel comfortable

Stayed at this hotel for several days. Room was clean and fairly large. We had no problems, but not luxurious hotel. Breakfast was nice and could be eaten in small court yard. Hotel is about a block away from tram to downtown ring. Part of university is across the street. Several stores and restaurant within walking distance.
