Excelente disposicion del personal del hotel.Muy bien ubicado frente a la estacion de tren y al lado de una estacion de metro.Internet libre.Excelente desayuno.Bueno en realidad recomiendo este hotel pues fue muy agradable la estadia e indudablemente volveria .

Receptionist very accomodating and warm. The room is spacious enough, but since there is no aircon i have to open a portion of the window. It is facing a main road which is noisy so I had a hard time sleeping. That is the only problem I encountered. Otherwise, it is generally good given the price.

The stuff is rude, unfriendly at all. Internet didn't work, and nobody solved the problem. The outside window in the room was imposssible to close, therephore rush and cold was simply unbeilivable. Thanks God, we stayed there one night only...

I am a mature-age Australian, an experienced traveller. I emailed hotel while in Rome to advise I would be late arriving by train at Vienna Sudbahnhof. Hotel responded immediately and upon my arrival at midnight I was expected and welcomed. Excellent breakfast choice. Rooms are warm and clean. Metro underground train 100 metres away at Sudtirolerplatz and 5 minutes walk to Vienna Sudbahnhof and trams. I recommend Congress Hotel to any reasonable person or tired traveller who is able to expect differences outside their own front door or their familiar city.

the hotel was alright, but situated in busy road.
