room 307 was good price-quality relation ( € 27,00). the room was clean and has a beutiful wooden floor. room 234 was not very nice, I stayed there on september 21. dirty carpet and one of the beds had a horrible matrass so you couldn't lie on it. therefore I slept on the other bed that had no reading lamp.it was too expencive for what I got ( € 53,00) I complained the next morning but there was almost no reaction or whatsoever. very disappoiting

This was an alright, cheap place to stay. Breakfast was good. We would not return here because of rather loud neighbours (this is understated) and a lumpy mattress preventing a much needed sleep.

I loved it. Parking is not very easy but the location is excellent.It should be marked better "oposite to Hotel Academia".

The price was low, so we didn't expect a whole lot and that is exactly what we got. The hall was very dark, burned out light bulbs. Other guests (college aged) were very loud, even after 1 AM. The rooms were more like a hostel or dorm room. I would recommend this for young people only.
