Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien - Vienna, Austria     

Stayed at this Hotel as part of a Trafalger Tour on October 15 to October 18. The hotel is very quaint. The front desk staff was very helpful. Free internet in the Lobby. If you go late at night, there is no one there. The breakfast was good except if you were on the side where they were making the omelettes. You left there smelling like eggs. Hotel is right on a main street. Most of everything was within walking distance but the Cathederal is "not just down the street". There are grocery stores about 2 stores way which is great for buying the Chocolates instead of buying them in the tourist stores. You can buy anything you need there and take back to your room. Overall a very nice hotel.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. We loved the little walkway down to the hotel. It was so picturesque. We had a room with a view of a little courtyard. The hotel was both romantic and quaint. The location was also perfect. We could easily walk down to St. Stephen's cathedral and the beautiful area surrounding the cathedral. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
