"Staff and breakfast excellent"

We have just returned from a long weekend in Vienna. Upon arrival and during our stay all the staff were very polite and helpful. Room was excellent. The breakfast was traditional , plenty to choose from and tasty. Although located approx 20 mins walking distance from the centre of Vienna , the main shopping street is only 5 minutes away. Easy to get to from the airport using the Westbahnof bus, only 6 euros running every 30 mins. Hotel only 5 minutes walking from the Westbahnof station. Trams and underground nearby makes getting around Vienna very easy. Would recommend the hotal.

Hotel bien situé dans le réseau des transports en commun du centre de Vienne. Confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bonne ligne ADSL et cable fourni (a priori pas pour tous les étages, au moins à l'étage 6 où j'étais).

I paid 60 euros per night for a single room accommodation, which was actually a double room. The price on the price list was definitely higher, therefore I guess it was some kind of an offer. For that price the Hotel is simply the best I found so far in Vienna. 2minutes walking from Mariahilfest., very close to Westbanhof, it's not in the center, but definitely in town, and everything is reachable in walking distance or in a couple of metro stations. Breakfast is very good and the service quick but professional. My room was huge; better to ask for a room on the internal street, not on the outsider ring, which is much more noisy.

This is a solid hotel in Vienna. It's nothing super-special, but it's fine. The beds are okay, the bathrooms are okay, and the staff is fine. Unfortunately, there is no internet access except in the lobby with a horrible computer. The wi-fi is from T-mobile from an outside source, not in the hotel. It is sporadic what kind of internet you will get. The location is good. The lobby is okay. Overall, it's a reasonable place. If you get a good price, it's okay, but I would not pay too much for this place. It is just above average.
